  Vintage Bath in Los Altos has very nice bathroom fixtures for sale. I have never experienced such poor customer service and very rude owner. The owner is very happy to take your order, but once she gets your deposit you will never hear from her again. They gave me a delivery date of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I did not hear from them until I called her at around 5 weeks. I asked her what was going on with the vanity and she said that she needs to make a call and she would call me back. I heard this same response for 10 weeks. She never once reached out to me by phone or email. I even went to the store twice and asked her for an update and she said she would call me later with that update. NO CALL I did have my contractor call her and she never called him back either. The day before I was to get my vanity installed she wanted me to pay for the rest of the payment and I said I would be happy to pay half today and half when it was delivered. I wasn't sure if they were going to show or not. I spent over $9,000 with Vintage Bath
